How can I fix a user account problem?

Some common issues can be sorted out online:

Forgot password
Edit personal details
Manage Payments

Other issues can be sorted by emailing [email protected].

How do I report an issue or make a request?

To submit an idea for improvement or report a bug there are feedback boxes if you scroll to the bottom of most pages.

Alternatively email the development team at [email protected].

Can I get a quote?

Yes. Visit the school plan page, and select an amount of users and either the Standard or Pro plan.

After entering your details, you'll get a quote document which you can save or print. There is no obligation, and the price remains valid for 30 days. Tax will be deducted for qualifying EU-based schools and companies.
